The search begins for Anthem’s next CEO
Anthem Trustees have appointed recruitment consultants Saxton Bampfylde to lead the search for a successor to CEO Mohsen Ojja, who will be stepping down at Easter.
Mohsen became Anthem CEO in January 2023 and is leaving the Trust to take up an exciting role developing the international education framework in Morocco. His departure was first announced in October.
The CEO position is currently being advertised across a number of media outlets and platforms. Details of the post, and how to apply, can be found on Saxton Bampfylde’s website. The closing date for applications is midday on Friday, 14 March 2025.
Former E-ACT CEO David Moran will act as Interim CEO until a permanent appointment is made. To ensure a smooth transition, a handover period will begin on 1 March.
Chair of Trustees, Jay Bhutani, said:
“On behalf of the Board and the entire Anthem community, I want to extend our deepest gratitude to Mohsen for his outstanding leadership and dedication to the trust. His vision and passion have laid a strong foundation for Anthem to thrive, and we are confident that David Moran’s expertise will guide us smoothly through this transition.
“David is uniquely placed to support Anthem in building on the achievements of recent years, continuing our commitment to excellence and creating ambitious and successful schools for every child, every lesson, all the time.”
