The Anthem Institute

The Anthem Institute is how we train and develop our people. It is the virtual school for all training and professional development for Anthem staff in every role. 

Our vision is that together, we will create ambitious and successful schools in which every child thrives. The Anthem Institute makes different pathways of development available to all staff - teachers and support, in schools and our National Team – because when our adults thrive, our children will thrive.

From site staff to SENCos, there is something for everyone!

Programmes include:

• A wide range of apprenticeships for existing Anthem staff.

• National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) provided via L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub for Lincolnshire in partnership with Teacher Development Trust (TDT).  

• Early Career Framework-based professional development for teachers in the early stages of their career.
